VBC Healthcare accepts bylined article submissions year-round, and we have provided a basic guideline for submission below. We aim to provide a timely review process, with most articles being reviewed or published within seven days of submission, despite the high volume of pitches and submissions we receive daily.

Bylined Article Guideline
To submit an article to our Editorial team for publication on VBC Healthcare, please make sure to follow the guidelines listed below.
We accept two types of articles:
- Exclusive, which you submit only for publication on VBC Healthcare
- Non-exclusive, which you submit for publication on VBC Healthcare and other platforms.
If you have published the article elsewhere, please let us know and grant us permission to re-post it. Unless your submission is an opinion piece approved by the editor, please write it in the third person.
Additionally, please include a title (in title case), the author’s byline, a brief bio (100 words or less), and a headshot with your submission. The headshot should be in color, 75 dpi in resolution, and 300 x 300 pixels in size, and in .jpg or .png format.
FOOTNOTES/CITATIONS/LINKS
Please avoid including footnotes or endnotes in your submission as we do not publish them. If any references are necessary, please integrate them into the main text of the article. You are allowed to include links to relevant resources and your company website in the author bio at the end of the article. Please be aware that we reserve the right to modify or delete any links in the article at any time. However, the links in the author bio section will remain unchanged.
CONTENT
We are only interested in publishing articles that are educational and informative to our readers. Although we welcome innovative articles covering new ideas and concepts, we prioritize content that educates rather than promotes. Our readers seek to gain knowledge from our articles, not to be sold a product or service.
REVISIONS/VOICE/TONE/WORD COUNT
Please note that we reserve the right to reject or request revisions for individual articles after they have been submitted and reviewed.
When writing a bylined article, your goal should be to share your expertise and insights while providing educational and up-to-date information on a particular issue or trend in the healthcare industry. At VBC Healthcare, we strive to use a friendly, conversational, and straightforward tone that makes our audience feel welcome and informed.
Your article should be a minimum of 600 words and should offer a unique perspective on a topic in the healthcare field rather than serving as an advertisement for a specific organization. It should be educational and informative, aligning with our goal of providing trustworthy and insightful content to our readers.
